We want every paid analysis to be useful.
Digital content
The analysis starts immediately after payment at your request. By paying you agree to immediate performance, and the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the report is delivered.
When we refund
If analysis fails, the photo was unusable and no report could be produced, or you were charged twice, we refund in full.
Subscriptions and packs
Leader subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Unused purchased test packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
How to request
Write to info@starbalt.com with your email and payment date. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
