This policy explains how Starbalt (“we”) processes personal data on https://leaderid.life and in the AuraScan service.
Data we process
Account data (email, name), face and optional tongue photos you upload, questionnaire answers, the generated report, payment status (card data is handled only by Stripe/PayPal), and technical data such as IP address and device.
Why we process it
To create your wellness report (contract), to process payments (contract and legal obligation), to send service emails such as “Your bio-passport is ready”, to prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising measurement.
Photos and AI
Photos are stored privately and sent to an AI provider only after payment or a valid gift link, solely to generate your report. They are not sold or used for advertising. The report is not a medical diagnosis.
Recipients
Hosting and database providers, AI model providers, Stripe and PayPal (payments), our email delivery provider, and — if you came via a leader’s page — that leader, who sees your report to advise you. Advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google) receive data only if you accept advertising cookies.
Storage and your rights
We keep data while your account is active and as required by accounting law. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object, and withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” or by writing to info@starbalt.com. You may complain to your data protection authority.
